To empower families and their children to successfully manage the impact of autism in their lives through:

Goal Setting

Assistance provided to families and team members for selecting goals which address socially valid behaviour change and skill development in the home and community.

Assessment

In-depth functional behaviour assessments (FBA) or functional analysis (FA) are conducted to determine the precise function(s) for a challenging behaviour.  An Individualized Behaviour Support Plan is developed based on assessment results.

Program Development

Evidence-based programs and strategies are developed and implemented to promote effective behaviour change in the child’s home, school and community.  On-going parent training and coaching is provided to ensure program fidelity and goal achievement.
