Setting<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Assistance provided to families and team members for selecting goals which address socially valid behaviour change and skill development in the home and community.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\">\n<h4>Assessment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In-depth functional behaviour assessments (FBA) or functional analysis (FA) are conducted to determine the precise function(s) for a challenging behaviour.\u00a0 An Individualized Behaviour Support Plan is developed based on assessment results.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\">\n<h4>Program Development <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Evidence-based programs and strategies are developed and implemented to promote effective behaviour change in the child\u2019s home, school and community.\u00a0 On-going parent training and coaching is provided to ensure program fidelity and goal achievement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
